Our "River Bar" is the perfect hangout spot for a game of cornhole, playing cards, enjoying arcade-style games, grilling out, putting on the golf green, or just relaxing to some music.
The beautiful calm riverfront is great for kayaking, fishing, swimming or floating. This is a unique property with an "off the grid" feel, but only minutes away from convenient stores & restaurants.

Our Riverfront RV is your own cozy camper right along the South Branch Potomac River. Relax on your own private covered porch while you take in the scenery. The property gives you a secluded feel, but you are also just minutes away from convenient stores & restaurants. Unwind at the RV & explore the "River Bar" open to all guests for cornhole, arcade games, lounging, grilling out & etc. In addition to your private camper bathroom, there's a full-size showerhouse right next to you that guests may use.

Our riverfront vacation rentals provide plenty of space to spread out. While your specific rental will be exclusive to you, please know that there may be other campers that we are also accommodating. As the owners, we also have our place on the property, where our family occasionally stays on the weekends. The "River Bar" is a common area for all guests at Happy Bottom to use for recreation & cookouts. Sometimes you may have the place all to yourself & sometimes there may be other guests sharing the bar space as well.
