Located at the intersection of Route 33 & Route 55 in Seneca Rocks, WV, this is a great starting point for indulging in this location's history, regional information, Princess Snowbird tales & more. Access to the hiking trail going to the top of Seneca Rocks is located here.

Yokum's Stables
Enjoy a horseback ride to the top of Seneca Rocks. This guided trail ride is about 90-minutes roundtrip, which includes 15-minutes on top of Seneca Rocks to take in the view from the observation deck (or the rock formation itself). The stables are open Thursday-Sunday with rides leaving at 10am, 1pm & 4pm. Reservations are recommended.

There are two climbing schools in Seneca Rocks -- both with reputable, experienced rock guides. Seneca Rocks Mountain Guides is located across from Yokum's General Store & the Seneca Rocks Climbing School is located behind Harper's Old Country Store.

The Seneca "Swimming Hole"
There is a refreshing swimming hole at the base of Seneca Rocks in the Potomac River. It is a short walk from the back parking lot near the Sites Homestead (at the entrance of the Seneca Rocks hiking trail). Enjoy a dip in the cool mountain stream. This spot is great for families & often times the water can be clear enough to see the fish with a swimming mask!
